What should become easier?

If a closer look would help, the optional Workflow Review is $300 USD fixed price for one workflow: a 45-minute working session, up to 3 redacted examples of that same workflow, and a short written plan you keep.
Clear small fixes may be quoted without a paid review. Development, implementation, and support are separately scoped and agreed.
Workflow Review scope, delivery, and credit
- $300 USD fixed price, for one workflow. Includes a 45-minute working session and up to 3 redacted examples of that same workflow.
- A short written plan you keep. It covers the current steps, the smallest useful improvement, checks and limitations, and a build-or-no-build recommendation. Where the requirements are clear enough, it also includes a scoped estimate for the next step.
- Delivery within 5 business days after both the working session and receipt of the examples.
- The full $300 USD is credited toward a separately agreed build for the same workflow, if that build is agreed within 60 days of plan delivery. The credit excludes third-party costs.
- No obligation to proceed with a build. Development, implementation, and any support are separately scoped and agreed.
